Joined Nykaa during its hypergrowth phase. Owned the performance marketing P&L — managed ₹2.5Cr/month in ad spend across Meta and Google. Drove a 3x improvement in ROAS over 18 months by building a first-party data pipeline for audience segmentation. Also launched the brand's first YouTube channel, growing it to 200K subscribers.
